The understanding and care I received during the appt. I was quite distressed and in pain but treated very well. My only concern is that I wasn’t informed of the cost options before treatment and it will be a lot more than I thought.

Since being part of Hest Bank Dental Care, I have always received a warm welcome and great care. I had a dental implant because of a rare problem that was identified with my own tooth. Pinar was great, and ensured I was fully informed, from my initial consult right through to my aftercare. I have a Denplan agreement in place now so I can continue to receive the care and attention I’ve become used to.

Friendly, kind, careful and reassuring if needed. They talk you through any area of dental work that you are interested in. Or advise you on how to brush for best effect.
