I was in severe pain when I called and received an appointment within a couple of hours. The dentist I saw was very compassionate and responded to my situation in a caring way, whilst checking in on my wellbeing regularly during the treatment. Thank you.

They are all great at HESTBANK , very friendly, helpful and Mike was lovely with my elderly mum before she passed and he is equally lovely with me, a great dentist. Would highly recommend them.

I went with a problem (crown had come out) and the dentist explained to me what had happened, showed me the X Ray of where it had been, made helpful suggestions as to my choices, and scheduled an appointment for me to return and proceed with my choice.

They are always a jolly friendly lot it's like visiting friends! The treatment, definitely not secondary, is also excellent and I have great faith in the qualified dental doctors, nurses, technicians, etc.

Found the practice to fulfill all my expectations, on occasion if I neede a quick repair another clinician was able to step in. My wife who also uses this practice has always had week teeth has found this practice to listen to her needs and she has never been more confident.

The atmosphere is very friendly, from the receptionists to the dentists.

I went for an hygienist appointment, but suffering tooth trouble. I saw the hygienist, then the dentist who removed the tooth, all done in 1 hour 15 minutes

Professional staff

They are very friendly and they are aware that I am a nervous patient and are very gentle and patient with me. I also am disabled and therefore need a downstairs room which I always get. I am always made to feel comfortable and cared for.

My experience this time was just a continuation of what has been the norm over many years; First class treatment, excellent pain control and the ability and willingness to respond swiftly when urgency is required.
