I had a fantastic experience at Hest Bank Dental Care! I recently went in for a scale and polish, and Emma and Leah were absolutely brilliant. They were both friendly, professional, and made the whole appointment really comfortable and relaxed. What really impressed me was the extra care and attention to detail they took — not just in the cleaning itself, which was incredibly thorough, but also in helping me look after my teeth going forward. Emma took the time to show me the proper cleaning techniques to use at home, which I really appreciated. It made a big difference knowing I was leaving with both cleaner teeth and better knowledge on how to keep them that way. I’m genuinely so happy with the service I received. Thank you, Emma and Leah, for your fantastic work — I’ll definitely be coming back!

After a front tooth of mine began to move down and forward I discussed my options with Katie. I had bad gum disease, which never goes away but can be managed. With regular checkups and hygienist visits I have stabilised the condition and so chose to have the tooth extracted and replaced with a sticky bridge. I’m a nervous patient and Katie is very calming and patient. I’m so happy with the results, she has given me a lovely natural smile back, and my confidence.

I love going to the dentist anyway, so having my dental hygienist appointment with the fabulous Emma is always a pleasure and never a chore! Her nice nature and warm personality shines through as she examines, cleans and polishes my teeth. Emma provides practical advice and guidance too, to ensure you keep up with great dental hygiene. On my visit, she was supposed by Joanna, who was extremely patient. The pair of them clearly work well together. Great experience all round. Thank you!

I couldn’t recommend Sofia enough. She made me feel very at ease and is highly skilled and knowledgeable. Every step of my treatment was explained throughly and Sofia took the time to answer all my questions. Her attention to detail is unmatched! The entire team reflects the same standard of excellence and the practice is modern and clean.

I highly recommend Hest Bank dental practice, they are always professional and approachable. With good honest preventative advice and quality treatment. The staff seem genuinely happy to work at the practice and are always polite and helpful. I got treated by Dr. Sofia Dias, she was so professional and quick, i had a broken fixed retainer and she provided the best treatment. Friendly staff as well!

Currently using a pseudonym, however the details below are accurate. I have been under Pinar for several years (that sounded way less naughty in my head) and she has often gone out of her way to provide me with excellent service. As an example, she rushed through my denture order so I would have them for my graduation photo. She is always professional yet empathetic and has a warm calming manner. This helps when you are a big scardie cat like me. All procedures are explained in a manner I can understand and Pinar is very patient with my often daft questions. All members of staff I have encountered from dental nurses to reception staff have been nothing less than a delight at every juncture. So thank you to all of the staff for outstanding treatment, and whoever is doing the customer service training, keep doing what you are doing. Absolutely fantastic dentists, the whole team is amazing, my dentist is Pinar and she has managed to take away my anxiety of dental visits completely! Always polite, professional and so friendly. The receptionists are lovely and the waiting area I find very calming. The team at the hygiene suite on the corner are excellent too. Overall I couldn't be happier with the treatment I have recieved, never disappointed.
