Using advanced imaging scanners and planning technology, we map your jawbone in three dimensions. The position, angle and depth of every implant is decided in advance, so we know exactly how to proceed.
23D smile design
Your new teeth are designed on screen first. 3D planning lets us shape a natural look that suits your face, and check that your teeth meet and bite how they should.
3Surgical guides
Custom guides are made from your plan. They control and aid the placement of your dental implants, helping us work quickly and accurately on the day.
4Teeth made ready for you
Modern printing is combined with experienced, hand painted finishing by Gibsons dental laboratory, making sure a confident smile is ready and waiting for you.

From same day teeth to your final smile
The teeth you leave with on the day are the first stage, not the last. A staged approach gives your implants time to settle before your final teeth are made. Treatment is never rushed.
1Same day fixed bridge
On treatment day your implants are placed and a temporary fixed bridge is attached. It is fixed, not removable, so you leave with a complete smile. Its job is to support healing and guide the design of your final teeth.
2Healing
Over the next several months your implants bond with the jawbone. We check in along the way, and your gums and bite settle into their new shape.
3Your final teeth
Once healing is complete, your permanent bridge is made. This is where the bite is refined and the look is finished, for teeth made to last.

What are All on 4 dental implants?
All on 4 is a way of replacing every tooth in the upper or lower jaw with a fixed bridge supported by four or more dental implants. It is also called full arch implants or same day teeth.
Will I really have new teeth in one day?
For many patients, the implants are placed and a fixed set of teeth is fitted on the same day. This depends on your bone and the stability of the implants, which is why the planning stage matters so much. We will tell you clearly at your assessment what is realistic for you.
Am I suitable for All on 4?
It is often considered by people who have lost most of their teeth, have teeth that are failing, or are unhappy with a loose denture. Suitability is confirmed with an examination and a CT scan. If another option would suit you better, we will explain why.
Will treatment hurt?
Treatment is carried out under local anaesthetic, so the area is numb. Some soreness and swelling afterwards is normal and usually settles within a few days. We will talk through how to stay comfortable before and after your appointment.
How do I look after my new teeth?
Fixed implant teeth are cleaned every day, much like natural teeth, with a little extra attention underneath the bridge. Regular reviews and hygiene visits help keep your gums and implants healthy for years to come.
