Questions about implant referrals
Can I refer for implant placement only?
Yes. We can carry out the surgical placement and return your patient to you to restore, or manage the full case from planning to restoration.
Do you accept All-on-4 referrals?
Yes. Jonathan and Pinar plan and deliver All-on-4 full arch treatment, often with fixed teeth placed on the same day as surgery.
How do I refer a patient for dental implants?
Use our online referral form, or call 01524 825218 to discuss a case. The form asks for your patient's details, the type of referral, your GDC number and your practice details, and you can upload up to four radiographs or other images.
What does the patient pay for a consultation?
The initial consultation is £75. This is refunded to your patient if they decide to go ahead with treatment. They also receive a written treatment plan including fees, with a copy sent to you.
Will my patient come back to my practice?
Yes. Following treatment we always return the patient to you, and we only carry out the treatment agreed with you as the referring dentist.
