We would like to work with you to be able to offer all options to your patients within a sensible pricing structure for them and minimal clinical and profession risk to you.
We, here at Hest Bank Dental Care, believe in truly caring for patients and their well being and understand how important the relationship is between them and their GDP.
We want to enhance that relationship by offering you the opportunity to create a professional partnership to achieve the patients’ wishes and your legal obligation to inform the patients of all treatment options that are available.
We have created a referral pathway which is easy and quick, as well as specific to what treatment you wish us to carry out. We have developed information leaflets for your patients so they fully understand the procedures and why you would be referring them on.
Referral forms can be completed online or manually and then we will contact the patients directly to arrange any further appointments. The initial consultation appointment gives the patient the opportunity to ask any questions that cause concern. This is £75.00 and will be refunded to your patient if they decide to take up the treatment.

- Following treatment we will always return the patient to you
- We only carry out treatments agreed with the referring dentist
- We always provide patients with a written treatment plan, including fees. A copy of this will also be sent to you as the referring dentist
- We’ll keep you informed of progress throughout
