I am always made to feel comfortable. Which hasn’t been the case with previous experiences. I cannot stress how important this is to me.

This practice is a pleasure to visit. The entire staff are friendly and welcoming including the receptionists, my dentist, my hygienist and the assistants. My dentist is top notch and always thorough, professional and a pleasure to be around. You feel in real safe and caring hands. My hygienist is also great at what he does. He is very careful and my experience was of no pain or discomfort whatsoever. I’ve no bad points to offer. Both myself and my wife are very happy and settled being looked after by this practice. The understanding and care I received during the appt. I was quite distressed and in pain but treated very well. My only concern is that I wasn’t informed of the cost options before treatment and it will be a lot more than I thought.

Since being part of Hest Bank Dental Care, I have always received a warm welcome and great care. I had a dental implant because of a rare problem that was identified with my own tooth. Pinar was great, and ensured I was fully informed, from my initial consult right through to my aftercare. I have a Denplan agreement in place now so I can continue to receive the care and attention I’ve become used to.

Friendly, kind, careful and reassuring if needed. They talk you through any area of dental work that you are interested in. Or advise you on how to brush for best effect.
