JUMP INTO DRY JANUARY?
There are loads of reasons for taking part in Dry January, our pratice owners Mike and Kate have decided to sign up, as although they do not drink a huge amount of alcohol it is easy to let regular drinking become a habit. Here are just a few:
Reset your relationship with alcohol - realise you don't need it. That glass of wine with Sunday dinner or beer on a Friday evening.
New year, new you - do Dry January and feel healthier and happier as:
1. You sleep better and have more energy
2. Your skin improves
3. You lose weight and feel less bloated
More money in your pocket (the average person spends £50,000 on booze in their lifetime) this could go towards a new pair of trainers or a gym membership!
Get healthier - through giving up alcohol for a month you do your insides a lot of good. Alcohol is the main risk factor for mouth and throat cancers
Amazing sense of achievement! Join friends in the campaign that know what it feels like to break habits.
