Friendly and professional staffTreatment went according to plan ;each stage was explained and my needs were met.

Vert professional, clear explanation of what was to be done. Xray result was explained and although no treatment was available then and there a future appointment was scheduled and possible solutions to the problem explained.

The dentist was performing a tooth extraction on my 9 year old daughter. I was really impressed with how he spoke to my daughter and didn’t just talk to me but made sure that she understood was happening and was comfortable. He was really excellent.

I can’t praise this practice highly enough. They are pleasant, caring and extremely professional. I’ve never been so relaxed about visiting a dentist/hygienist before joining Hest Bank.

I am a very nervous patient, and going to the dentist has always been an ordeal, consequently I do now need extra help with my teeth. Since choosing Hest Bank Dental Care, I can honestly say that all the staff, from reception to Dentists have treated me as an individual, and although I’m still anxious, I am going to regular 3 month hygiene appointments, and regular 6 month check ups. This is ultimately how Katie, Jake and all the staff make me feel, and when a procedure needs doing, it’s done calmly and efficiently. The appointments always run on time, so I don’t get the chance to ‘stew’ any further whilst in the waiting room. Many, many thanks

I would really recommend this practice. The reception area, toilet and surgeries are all clean, well lit and pleasantly decorated. The receptionists are kind and know what they are doing. The dental work has always been good, especially with a recent hazardous issue. The practice don’t bombard you with too many texts as do some dental groups. (It’s impossible to get some practices to stop sending you loads of unwanted texts, even after you have left the practice.) There isn’t much parking room but you can park in adjacent roads. All in all, I definitely have confidence in them, which is very important to me.
