It was quite prompt and as comfortable as possible. It did not take too long. I was given time to recover before I left

I'm a very nervous patient at the dentist but am so glad I finally made an appointment with Sofia. She really put me at ease and made me feel comfortable from the start, answering all my questions and being a very calming presence. She's very knowledgeable and clear with how she described my options and I actually can't believe that I've come out of this experience less scared than how I went in. I've had the pleasure of working in several dental practices within Lancashire and fulfilling many roles with in the industry. There are things you learn, notice and pick up along the way. More specifically you see a difference in care and approach from practice to practice. Hest Bank Dental Care has been a stand out practice in their approach to the patients and the care they give. More importantly the time, care and detail to attention they give children, nervous patients and a whole variety of vulnerable people. My family from my parents to my children have always received the up most care and gentle approach to all their treatment. Hest bank really stands out for it's professional care it gives whilst remaining friendly and very family feeling orientated practice. I couldn't recommend Hear Bank enough.

From the moment I called to make a new appointment I felt at ease. I saw Arnie for a check up knowing I’d need a treatment plan and felt comfortable throughout the process. I also had a hygiene appointment with Jake and he was great. Everything was explained clearly and I had options to do what was best for me. Highly recommend!

Jake the hygienist takes his time to explain what he is doing, and how to better care for my teeth. He’s punctual, polite and puts me at my ease. His assistant was lovely, too. They made me feel very comfortable, although I’m a nervous patient.

Best Bank Dental is the first dental surgery I’ve ever used where I’m not terrified of the dentist. All the staff are friendly and make me feel “at home”. They remember my name, treat me with courtesy and respect in a comfortable environment.Katie Henry is fabulous. She explains everything and gives treatment advice without pushing it. Genevieve the hygienist is gentle and thorough. The reception staff are wonderful.

Katie and Toni are a great team. Both are really friendly and supportive. Katie is very thorough in her work and explains all aspects of the treatments in detail so you know what is happening and why. In my opinion Katie genuinely cares about delivering the best possible service to her customers, I would highly recommend her!

Going to the dentist isn’t usually something to be enjoyed however the staff really look after you and are all lovely and make the experience so much better
