Don't Miss the Kiss this February 14th

"Let us always meet each other with a smile, for a smile is the beginning of love." - Mother Theresa
Valentine’s day is one of the most kissable days of the year, so even more important to make sure that your oral hygiene is in tip top kissable condition
So, you're planning to lavish pink champagne, a dozen red roses, yummy chocolates or perhaps a candle-lit dinner on your date this year? Wow! They'll think you're absolutely amazeballs!
But, really, will they? If your kisses are cut short due to bad breath or spinach between the teeth... No, my friends, I'd say a second date would be out of the question and you could be back on that shelf super quick!
Un-kissable causes
- Inadequate oral hygiene, which leads to gum disease and eventual tooth loss. This can also result in bad breath (halitosis), red, puffy bleeding gums and an unsightly smile.
- Smoking of any kind is also a major contributor to gum disease & combined with too much alcohol can double the risk of all sorts of other problems too.
- Tooth decay, black rotten teeth can cause bad breath & is really never a memorable 'good' look.
- Tooth decay & Gum Disease are 100% preventable, so maybe it's time to 'buck -up' before you 'pucker-up'
Top Tips for kissable lips!
- Don't rush when you brush... and do it twice a day
- Use floss or inter-dental brushes every night
- You could use an alcohol free mouth rinse, but don't rely on this entirely... it's not a temporary cover up!
- Chew only sugar-free gum
- Quit smoking ASAP
- Regular visits to your friendly 'kiss enhancing' team at HBDC
So smile and kiss with confidence this Valentine’s Day & beyond.
With love from the HBDC Team who like nothing more than helping people who love to smile... & TO KISS X0X0
